Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping – Taiwan (Main Island)
ULTRARM offers free shipping within Taiwan (main island) on all orders with a checkout total of over NT$1,000.
After your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Business Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00
(Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders with payment completed before 07:00 on a business day will be shipped the same day.
Orders with payment completed after 07:00 will be shipped on the next business day.
Examples:
- Payment completed before 07:00 on 11/11 → order will be shipped on the afternoon of 11/11.
- Payment completed after 07:00 on 11/11 → order will be shipped on the afternoon of 11/12.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
A shipping notification will be sent to you via email after your order is dispatched.
The tracking number will only show delivery progress after the carrier has collected the package and scanned it into their system. In most cases, you can check tracking details approximately 8 hours after receiving the shipping notification.
International Shipping – Hong Kong & Macao
For Hong Kong and Macao, shipping is handled by SF Express. The shipping fee is based on package weight, with a minimum charge for 3 kg.
Base rate: NT$300 for the first 3 kg
Each additional 1 kg: + NT$100
(including fuel surcharge)

International Shipping – Singapore & Malaysia
For Singapore and Malaysia, shipping is handled by SF Express. The shipping fee is based on package weight, with a minimum charge for 3 kg.
Base rate: NT$1,000 for the first 3 kg
Each additional 1 kg: + NT$150
(including fuel surcharge)

International Shipping – United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia
Orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia are fulfilled via Amazon FBA and include free shipping.
